I NEED FOOD SAFETY DOCUMENTATION - IS THAT AVAILABLE ON THE R. S. QUALITY SITE?
- We have FDA, NSF and food safety documentation for a wide range of our products. The links to these documents can be found in the specific product description on the product page. We are constantly working to keep these up-to-date and add in new documentation as it becomes available to us.
WHAT IS R. S. QUALITY PRODUCT'S RETURN POLICY?
- Merchandise may be returned at any time within 180 days of purchase. It must be returned prepaid and received in saleable condition. Exceptions include custom products or custom colors. These returns may be refused or subjected to a restocking fee. If the reason for your return is the result of a shipping error or product defect a full credit will be issued.
- To return any merchandise call 888-480-3330 or email us here for shipping instructions. Please provide company name, customer ID#, purchase order or sales order #, and the reason for requesting the return. Credit may be issued following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
DOES R. S. QUALITY PRODUCTS OFFER SPECIAL PRICING?
- R. S. Quality Products does not offer special pricing. We strive to offer competitive and low prices every day to every customer. The price you see on the website is the price of the item.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REMCO EUROPEAN-THREADED HANDLE AND HILL BRUSH EUROPEAN-THREADED HANDLE?
- Remco and Hill Brush both offer European-threaded handles but we have found cases where a Hill Brush handle will not fit a Remco head piece and vice versa. We recommend using Remco handles with Remco products, and Hill brush handles with Hill Brush products. If you really want to use a Remco handle with a Hill Brush product, or vice versa, please call in and we will confirm that it fits for you.
