The improved 2910 design features a stainless steel blade now secured by a ONE-PEICE molded polypropylene head, available in five colors. The 2912 has been redesigned as a ONE-PEICE lightweight unit (eliminates head fasteners). These new designs discourage the harbouring of bacteria and allows for easier cleaning. These scrapers are part of the Vikan Hygienic System®, Inteligent Cleaning System.
