In 1991, after 10 years industrial brush experience, Robert Serfas started R.S. Quality Products (RSQP) in Allentown, PA. The business started as a brush distributorship for industrial customers. The product line was gradually expanded to include cleaning tools and color-coded products to meet customer needs.

RSQP now provides thousands of quality products and expert advice (especially in color-coding systems) for manufacturing plants, food processors and distribution centers. It also designs and manufactures custom brushes, handles, and scrapers for customers that have special requirements.
