In 1991, Robert Serfas, an industrial brush salesman, had a radical notion that he could do more for his customers than just offer brushes – he could help them solve problems, so they could get back to doing what they do best.
So he started his own company with a single truck and a typewriter and put quality in the name as a promise to his customers. A promise we take great pride in keeping today.
Quality is what we source, what we provide, and what we believe in. While it always begins with offering customers like you the highest quality products, to us, quality is a way of life, and it inspires everything we do.
We find joy in helping people, because we count ourselves lucky to work with the best of them: people who care that their customers are safe when they come to their restaurant for a bite to eat, when they enjoy their freshly brewed beers, pick up a prescription at their pharmacy, and buy groceries from their corner stores.
When you call us, you’ll speak to a human, not an answering service. Rush order, custom order – we’ll make sure you get the right product to solve your toughest problem.
And while we continue to grow to meet your evolving needs, our promise remains the same: do good work so you can keep doing yours.
Markets We Serve:
We’ve grown a good bit since we started. Each time we grew, we knocked down walls to expand our warehouse and house more products we wanted to offer to our customers. We’ve extended our manufacturing capabilities to be able to produce new, custom products to fit unique needs. We now have customers both down the road and stretched around the globe. We have settled in our little niche in the industrial color-coding world and are proud to have built the relationships and the company we have today. Today we proudly work with these industries:
- Food & Beverage Production, Distribution & Service
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Cleaning & Sanitization
The story behind our logo is actually pretty simple. When our founder, Bob, isn’t working, you’re likely to find him somewhere near the water, fishing pole in-hand. When Bob started the company, it was important to him that he and his employees maintain a work/life balance and always leave time to enjoy simple pleasures - which for him, always meant casting a line.
